Bands to share jam space

Hey everyone, i am getting a band started and we are looking for a jam space, if there is anny bands out there that want to split on a jam space or is intrested on looking for one to split on let me know asap, we would only jam a few times per weekend and were all over 20 so paying rent would not be an issu.
